Ully’s job forced her to work long hours every day, significantly cutting the time they had for each other.
“My wife was out every night, coming home later and later,” Scott wrote in the book. “Work seemed to be putting more and more distance between us.”
Their relationship continued to go downhill as Ully spent more time with friends without her husband’s knowledge.
However, the final straw came when, one day, Ully removed her Facebook account’s married status. Although blindsided, Scott admitted that it was then that he knew their marriage was over.
Jonathan Scott filed for divorce soon after the incident which was finalized in 2013. The TV star also kept the split under wraps for a few years.
